Everyone has been asking me about my ab routine. As most of you know, I do a variety of workouts that all support abdominal strength, however I do have a few favorite ab exercises that together, will make your ab muscles shake. I’m talking muscle failing point (and thats what we want!!)

Try the circuit 2-3 times and you’ll totally burnout your abdominal muscles
Just remember: Abs are made in the kitchen just as much as they are made in the gym. I’m sure you’ve seen this little graphic circulating on instagram:)
